簡單又可愛的派對料理, 小朋友也可以一起製作

Simple and cute party idea, even kids can enjoy making it too!

需要的物品 Ingredients:

– 壽司飯:用一杯米煮好白飯, 加入15c.c醋, 10克砂糖, 5克鹽攪拌均勻

Sushi rice: 1 cup of cooked rice, mixed with 15c.c Vinegar, 10g Sugar, and 5g Salt

– 食材:生魚片, 生火腿, 火腿, 燻鮭魚, 酪梨, 芒果等

Sashimi, Ham, Salmon, Avocado, Mango.

– 配料:日式醃蘿蔔, 鹹菜, 起司, 海苔, 鮭魚子, 飛魚子, 檸檬, 芥末, 美乃滋, 蔥花, 蛋皮, 香草等

Japanese Pickled radish, Pickle, Cheese, Seaweed, Salmon roe, Flying fish roe, Lemon, Wasabi, Mayonnaise, Chopped onion, Egg shells, Vanilla

– 保鮮膜

Plastic food wrap

製作過程:Making procedure

步驟1:先在保鮮膜上放置喜歡的生魚片或食材

Step1: Put your favorite sashimi or ingredient on the plastic food wrap

步驟2:放上壽司飯

Step2: Put on shushi rice

步驟3:把保鮮膜捲成球狀就完成囉

Step3: Roll into a ball shape

步驟4:用餅乾模型把配料醃蘿蔔切出花的形狀

Step4: Use cookie mold to cut pickled radish into flower shape

步驟5:再放上鮭魚子, 飛魚子或香草點綴就完成囉~

Step5: Decorate with salmon roe or vanilla, finish!!
